Checkin is swift and easy, and the staff are well trained and courteous. This is by no means the cheapest high end place in Surabaya but, without a doubt, it is the best value for what you get. And it is the most historical, interesting and the best located hotel. Surabaya doesn't really have more than a weekend's worth of attractions, but this hotel is a major attraction itself, and is a short walk to all the other attractions that Surabaya has to offer. Not only that, it is strategically located near a large Mall, with great shopping, ATMs, and food options. The hotel also has a great bar for socialising.

Also, they have a super cute cat in the hostel... 😍 Definitely recommended!!!

Although, a bit of a walk up a hill to get onto the main road. You are surrounded by trees and it is so peaceful. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The staff were so lovely and accommodating
