The balcony in the room provided a nice place for cooling off. The room was clean and although it was the smallest room, it was spacious enough for two adults. The room was nicely renovated and the bathroom was absolutely lovely. The staff is first class and very friendly. Grazie!

Super kind staff that gave us directions when we got a bit stuck coming from Cortina due to the mudslides. We were coming on our bikes in the rain and the staff was so sweet, insisting on giving us a ride to a restaurant for dinner and gifting us cookies in the morning. I never write reviews, but they were so kind!

This hotel feels like home, clean and comfy. The staff at front desk gave us detailed introduction to bolzano city, including eating touring and transportation. They replied on booking APP and email promptly, provided all convinience like clothes drying and washing. Check-out time was fixed but the staff waited for us for one hour to help us checkout early, and gave us delicious lunch packs to go.
