We had the 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms on the top floor which had a spectacular view of the rolling hills of Barolo. A nice kitchen for breakfasts and the parking is perfect. The accommodation offers a shuttle service, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Modern renovation- Tasteful finishes, bright and comfortable. We loved our room under the roof with a skylight and views of the Barolo castle and vineyards. (Stairs might be an issue for some guests but the staff is always available to help with baggage.) With all the good meals we had, we were very happy with a little extra exercise! We found the location in the town easy to access by foot with roll aboard luggage from public parking areas. Much of the town, like medieval towns all over Italy, is pedestrians only. And very quiet at night. Lovely breakfast. Merits 5 stars for service from Ariele and the lady of the house! They are happy to provide any information about the Barolo area, from restaurants to wine tastings. Highly recommend!
