Enjoy a cup of coffee while looking out at the garden or city. The host was extremely helpful to explain the way to Urbino center (you have to be in shape for that). Breakfast was excellent. I also appreciated safe and free parking in front of the hotel.

Garage parking is available on request. Beautiful, exceedingly clean and up to date hotel, w quiet and respectful clients. I stayed 4 nights in April ‘24 as a solo, 74 year old woman. All the staff were exceptional and breakfast buffet was great. Exceedingly safe area with everyone out walking all the time. I would definitely return here. Grazie a tutti al Charlie!

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house has family rooms. Silvia was very responsive and helpful. She arranges self check in and check out with a fancy automated system. I really appreciated her assistance and local recommendations. The room was spotless and modern, and the AC worked perfectly. The property is about a 7 min walk up to the old town and about 6 min walk from the train station. Very convenient.

I liked the bathroom as well !!! The b&b is just near the famous Doumo Di Sant Emidio,the protector of Ascoli Piceno town,and the protector of the earthquakes. I participated at La Quintana,la festa di Sant Emidio. It was a unique experience! Three celebration days! Who else than not the Italians can warship so beautifully their ancestors!!!❤️ All in all the b&b was spotless! I recommend it to anyone who want to have a nice and quiet stay in a gorgeous town! Set in Loreto, within 31 km of Stazione Ancona and 1.5 km of Santuario Della Santa Casa, BB Il benvenuto offers accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The air-conditioned accommodation is 7.2 km from Casa Leopardi Museum. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. Patient and kind staff, even with the language barrier; they were generous in offering to drive me to the train station, the basilica, or the coast. No complaints about the accommodations and quite good breakfast in the morning. It wasn't to long of a walk to the basilica.
