Set in the heart of Orvieto in a historic building, La Magnolia is just 100 metres from the cathedral. It offers free bike rental and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi.

Offering city views, rooms at the Magnolia have a classic design with decorative frescoed walls. They all include an LCD TV, fridge and private bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony and small kitchenette. We spent a week in this traditional, comfortable, roomy suite with a sweet outdoor sitting area. High standard of cleanliness, towels changed frequently and it felt like a home away from home. Exceptional location and Serena was very friendly and available to give suggestions for dinner. The breakfast was a bonus in the little family run cafe downstairs. We loved our time in Orvieto and at La Magnolia. Highly recommended!

All accommodations at Altarocca Wine Resort Adults Only feature a patio and a flat-screen TV with satellite. Altarocca is quite close to Orvietto. The hotel has beautiful garden, nice swimming pools and excellent food. The room is spacious and the air conditioner functions perfectly (absolutely a plus in Italian summer).

Hotel Duomo is just 15 steps up the stone stairway from Orvieto's majestic Gothic Cathedral. All rooms feature air conditioning, an LCD TV with DVD player, and a small table with 2 chairs. Some offer views of the Cathedral. The accommodation was in the perfect area to visit all the tourist attractions as well as the benefit of returning to your room for a quick relax. The room had a view of the duomo and the church bell that rang on the hour. The staff were very reliable and helpful and always welcoming whenever you approached them.

Hotel Il Palazzo is set in the left wing of Palazzo Bartocci Fontana, a 16th-Century building halfway between Assisi's Basilica of Saint Francis and Piazza del Comune square. Free WiFi is available throughout. Location was great and breakfast was good.

Hotel La Terrazza RESTAURANT & SPA boasts a beautiful view of a green Umbrian valley, which looks even more enchanting as the sun rises in the morning. The room was very clean. Bed comfortable-breakfast wonderful with many different options, Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view from the hotel of Assisi.

Public transport is nearby and can connect you to the main railway station in just 15 minutes. Friendly staff can assist you with tourist information, tours and hotel reservations. Very central in Perugia old town. Stylish and comfortable. The staff were very helpful with parking advice and helping with luggage on arrival, Sharon was great. The rooms are very good with a beautiful bathroom and the besr shower I have had in a hotel fir a long time. The breakfast deserves special mention: very big choice, also with hot dishes, fresh fruit, waffles and plenty more and very attentive staff to bring coffee etc. The rooms the breakfast is taken are beautiful. Can highly recommend!

Set within a renovated medieval building in the heart of Orvieto, Palazzo Piccolomini is a 4-star hotel a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral. Rooms successfully mix classical design with modern comforts. I loved this hotel. It was beautifully appointed and so central with wonderful staff!
