What we like most about the hotel is the personal management touch - it's not like some of the bigger hotels/resorts in Aqaba. Management is very attentive and focused on making sure you have an excellent stay.

The atmosphere was very unique, the staff was very welcoming and enthusiastic, our jeep tour guide Hussein was super cool, friendly, very helpful, and he told us a lot about the place and its magnificent History, I highly recommend taking the longest jeep tour to discover everything about the marvelous region of Wadi Rum .

The cleanest hotel where we stayed in Jordan. I really appreciated the comfortable bed, the modern and clean bathroom with a big shower. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional, we had clear explanation of everything. The check in and check out went quickly as well. They served delicious breakfast with jordanian food, but we also found continental food for example omlet or sausages. There is a lovely rooftop too. Also an extra advantage that the hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from Berenice beach. We were very much sarisfied with the hotel, we can only recommend it.

The accommodation features an outdoor fireplace and a picnic area. Very clean rooms, nice staff and good quality food. Great views obviously with plenty of space to relax / let the kids play.

Excellent breakfast. Nice restaurants nearby. Good recommendations for snorkeling and boat tour at the reception.

It's easy to contact with them, and they really put efforts in giving you the best experience. Even though the bathrooms are shared, they are always clean and in good condition so no worries! I would say they provide you the best local experience, and at the same time everything is taken care of.

The Staff made the holiday wonderfully all very polite respectful etc, Greeted with parking lot boys then Mhammed the little man greeting us with his coffee, Abdulrahman was a great help and the nice ladies too on the reception. Then the Villas mohammed everyday made sure the Villas and the swimming pool are so clean unbelievable. Not forgetting the breakfast, Greta & mohammed our personal Cheif's for breakfast, no words can describe their attendance. Finally, the had working Jenny and I know the girls were a challenge for her but she always was there for them ....

The bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom was also convenient with a place to put cosmetics!. We did not have problem to park our car. The staf from reception was very kind!!!. Very good omlet and halva for breakfast:). Fully recommend!
