There is a file folder with pictures and descriptions of places to eat at and stuff to do in the vicinity, even very clear directions for guests, which is super duper thoughtful. I highly recommend!. A bookable shuttle service is in place and works very well, allowing us to leave and arrive from Aizu Wakamatsu station. We also reserved the outdoor bath for private use: incredible!
