I had to admit that I did not have the chance to enjoy them as they should due to my travel schedule, but next time I come to Japan on holidays I will spend at least a couple of nights here. Also the staff was very friendly.

The lady at the reception with good command of English, and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage (also with good command of English) or extremely welcoming and helpful. They even helped us to book a cab for the next day. It was the best thing about the hotel. And the view is great, especially the garden behind the hotel.

Our meal was spectacular 12 courses in a private dining room with a view of the garden. The staff was so helpful and gracious ! Just wish we could have stayed longer. Also, great shuttle to and from this lovely inn!!! Highly recommend ! It was a splurge for us but so worth the memories!!
