The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. One of the standout features of our stay was how spacious the rooms were, especially compared to the typical hotel rooms in Japan. There was actually enough room to fully open our suitcases, which made packing and unpacking so much easier and more comfortable. The room was beautifully appointed with modern amenities and offered a relaxing ambiance that made it feel like a true home away from home. Another thoughtful touch that stood out was the option to stow our luggage in secure area after check-out, complete with locks. This made it so much easier for us to explore Kyoto without having to worry about our bags. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions, and we especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Overall, our stay was nothing short of amazing.
