The property is set amongst a large farm, by a river, set back from the main road The pool was lovely and we were able to watch the birds & bats at sunset from the water and later see the fireflies over the lily pond! The hosts are very friendly, our first home stay experience and they even cooked an evening meal for us which was absolutely delicious - as was breakfast! Our first milk rice in Sri Lanka :) We unfortunately had to leave the following day due to our schedule and they helped us get our tuktuk going and helped me pick a few stones from our tyre tread :) We couldn’t recommend this place enough if you are passing through Kurunegala

It has only 3 rooms (quite basic, but bed is comfortable to sleep), but territory is big and beautiful. Located next to a big lake, and you can take a kayak to ride. Manager Chandana is so friendly and helpful, he recommended to visit an awesome restaurant (Rasta Family Restaurant). Included breakfast is delicious and abundant. Plenty of parking space. No any sound of road, just nature. Very peaceful!

Sigiriya Airport is 50 km from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. We really enjoyed the food and the location, the Lodge is lost among paddy fields, mountains, palm trees and beautiful small villages. The room was really confortable it has a nice terrasse and a stunning view on their beautiful garden where we saw peacocks passing by and also a lot of caméléon and beautiful lézards The family is also very kind and we could enjoy a new year party with them, playing games with kids, sharing food and observing fireworks! Waji speaks amazing French! .

The spacious apartment is fitted with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with mountain views. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Fantastic property, better than in photo's. Very clean, great location with great bakery downstairs and mini supermarket at the back. Not far from the central town. Booked the apartment for 3 days but ended up extending for 7. Very helpful host.
