I don’t think she make profit for how generous and caring she is with her guests!! Not mentioning the greet location in the middle of nature of her place, the clean cozy room and the amazing made with love breakfast with the amazing view shown in the pictures! View is spectacular, we can see Ravana waterfall from bed. Room is very clean, cosy, owners thought about everything: hot shower, fridge, cool glasses and water, shampoo and shower gel, we can use even hairdryer here! Tasty, local breakfast, juices, coffee. The accommodation offers evening entertainment and room service. I’ve been traveling in Sri Lanka for three weeks, and Crown Regency is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s not far from the bus station, with a market and supermarket nearby. The best part is you don’t need to worry about finding a restaurant—the rooftop restaurant’s food is incredibly delicious, and the breakfast is hearty. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is great, and locals often dine there too. I even met some friendly locals at the restaurant who took me around Badulla. The hotel is in a quiet alley with stunning mountain views, beautiful in both rain and shine. The price is very affordable, yet the service feels like a five-star hotel. Vinishya, in particular, went out of her way to show me a wedding venue hosted at the hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable—I’d say cleaner than many four-star hotels. The air conditioning and fans work perfectly, and the hot water in the bathroom is reliable. The Wi-Fi is a bit unstable, but I managed fine with my phone’s network. I originally planned to stay one night but ended up staying three. Thank you, Crown Regency, for providing such high-quality accommodation for travelers. This is my honest review.
