We were so relaxed watching the sunset cuddled up with a blanket. We were provided with the most incredible food - especially the fried trout and soup Judith prepared. Josue took us on a tour around Uros and also took my partner fishing!!! It was just so great. We didn’t want to leave. We also jumped in the lake which was beautiful and clear. A unique and special stay we will remember forever.

The room was comfortable and clean and they went out of the way to make sure we were warm and cozy…heater in the room, hot water for tea, hot water bottles to warm the beds, and tons of blankets. They transported us wherever we needed to go and made arrangements for our tour to Taquile. The food was yummy and the bed was comfortable. We even had a shower with hot water! I would highly recommend them for a stay on Uros!

Richar, Lucrezia and Isabella are very lovely people and very generous hosts. Richar told us about the island and showed us around, Lucrezia’s cooking is truly wonderful and Isabella is a very nice girl, who would play cards with us in the evening. The rooms are very clean, there is a hot shower and it’s an easy walk from the port of Amantani. The island itself is so peaceful and tranquil, a perfect rest. At night the stars are magestic with Milky Way visible with naked eye. I would highly recommend staying at Richar’s place to experience the magic of the island in its authenticity. Also, from what I’ve read it is much better for the families who live on the island to book a stay directly with them rather than through an agency.

Inca Manco Cápac International Airport is 48 km away. Mama Lea, Papa Mario and their son Ivan are super friendly. The experience of sleeping on a small Uro island is unique and recommendable. Mama Lea is a very good cook! We had great meals. Transfer round trip is offered for 80 soles which is fair since it's around 30 minutes per way.

The owner of the property is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere in this place is truly family-like, which made my stay even more special. Situated in Puno, 4.6 km from Estadio Enrique Torres Belon and 4.7 km from Puno Port, Uros Quechua`s Lodge Titicaca features a restaurant and lake views. There is a private entrance at the country house for the convenience of those who stay. The country house has family rooms. Given the location, the accommodation offered a very comfortable stay. Nights can be cold, but the extra blankets made it cozy. We experienced a minor bathroom issue, yet the hosts were responsive and solved it right away. We appreciated the tour organized through Manuel, and the meals were enjoyable: breakfast was excellent while dinner was simple and fairly priced.
