The location is only a five-minute bike ride to the Pacific. The hotel provides two complimentary bicycles for guest reservation. The breakfast is from 7:00 AM -- 11:00 AM and has a huge selection of delicious and fresh food. The rooftop swimming pool, bar, and exercise room are great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in at 9:30 AM! The neighborhood is great too, with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms is spacious, well equipped (have air conditioner, heater, fridge and etc). Really liked our short stay in Lima. A receptionists were very helpful. Breakfast was from good quality products and really delicious (small buffer with hot meal and really good juice).

Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu is the only hotel in the middle of the best gastronomic area of Miraflores. We arrived really early in the hotel - around 6 in the morning and asked for an early check in. They were able to provide us the room immediately for an extra 35 dollars charge which also included the breakfast for the same morning. We happily took the offer as we needed some rest as soon as possible. The hotel is trendy and in a really good part of Miraflores - very close to the cliffs promenade and some good restaurants. It was really easy to get an Uber to and from it. The room was spacious and comfortable and I noticed that it had an AC which we didn't have to use. The bathroom was clean, had various hotel amenities and good running hot shower. The breakfast was buffet style - not very rich but quite enough to start the day well. The staff was nice and accommodating.
