The property’s reservations team works across both their properties, El Albergue and El Balcón in Cusco where we also stayed. They created an itinerary for us to visit Machu Picchu, including train and entrance tickets and transfers between Cusco and Ollantaytambo. All arrangements worked perfectly.

The room was spottless and there was always warm water. Breakfast was veeery good, with fresh juice, tea, coffee, lots of fruits, yoghurt, avocado, bread and eggs at your taste. When we go back to Ollantaytambo we will stay at Ayllu B&B again for sure :)
