Furthermore, during our stay my brother had strong allergic reaction and we didn’t have a medicine for that. Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

It is located on Terceira Island, with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean Promenade, and offers an outdoor swimming pool. Everything was perfect, the Staff was very friendly and nice. Nice view on our balcony especially the sunrise. Big room, clean and good breakfast. Thank you!

Accommodation may feature views of the city, the bay or the ocean. Staff went above and beyond - friendly check in, little gifts for our baby, helped us book a taxi, and dinner reservations. We had a very early flight, and they were able to accommodate us with a breakfast to go and bottles of water/coffee. Room was nicely appointed/comfortable and baby crib was set up when we arrived. The pool was warm.

We felt so looked after and appreciated her kindness enormously. The property itself feels like a peaceful haven – quiet, comfortable, and infused with warmth and charm. Everything here has been designed with the guest’s comfort in mind, and you can feel the love and pride that goes into it. We travel often, but this stay will remain a highlight for us.
