The staff is very friendly! They attended all our needs and we felt like at home. We were traveling by bicycle and they were super helpful to keep them safe! We loved everything about the place! All rooms are decorated in warm colours and feature a furnished balcony. They are equipped with a bathroom, an LCD TV and a well-fitted kitchenette. Friendly staff, fast check in, possibility for cooking, big terrace, for every 2 rooms we have a fridge and microwave oven in front of the door. If we will go in Slovakia, we want to return here. They prepared a bed for our 4.5 months baby. Thank you so much!

It offers free spa facilities in 2 wellness centres, including 2 indoor pools, fitness centre and a free ski bus, free parking and free Wi-Fi. It was a good hotel, also the location and the possibility of having the ski bus offered by the hotel. A lot of things for children, a playground, swimming pool, and hosts to entertain the kids. Everything was nice, if I had to choose I would come back again to this hotel. The food also was good
