When we arrived, there was some urgent construction underway to improve the units. While this caused a bit of disruption to our stay, we decided to check out a day early and informed the team. To our surprise, they took the initiative to contact Booking.com on our behalf and arranged a refund for the final night. On top of that, they offered us an additional $50 as a gesture of goodwill. They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.

Me and my husband, can’t say enough good things about the place, from the accommodating service provided during reservation.. the check- in and check-out process were fast and smooth. To us the best part was the continued communication of the staff, they always engaged with you all the time. They respond to you right away. And of course, the room were nice ,clean and spacious with full of amenities from the kitchen and bathroom necessities.The bathtub was a plus it’s very relaxing. Overall, good customer service, clean room and highly recommended.

This holiday home features a shared lounge. The property is non-smoking and is situated 49 km from Lakeridge Golf Club. This was the perfect home base for our Tahoe trip! It had everything we needed and we especially appreciated being able to use the garage since we brought our bicycles with us. The host was very responsive and friendly throughout our stay. Excellent communication. We felt comfortable and slept well - very important! The coffee bar was also great to have in the morning! Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back again!

Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Our stay here was amazing. The home is very well kept and clean. The carpet is pristine. The bathrooms were well stocked. We did not have to run to the store for more tp, the kitchen was well stocked as well with utensils. Etc. The backyard is beautiful. It is amazing to wake up to the beauty of trees and nature. I highly recommend if you're looking for a slower paced retreat with nature and hiking. This was only minutes away from Donner Lake and hiking trails. It's pet friendly with dog beds and feeding trays. Made our fur babies feel right at home. The bed space was great, and bunks are very fun for kiddos. I would love to come back!
