Duty manager, Trevor, went over and beyond his scope of service to assist me. I had him call for a taxi on evening of December 20 (Friday) to take me to Pt. Defiance to catch the 6:30pm ferry (so that I may have dinner with my clients, the Butlers). The taxi service had told Trevor that it'd be over very shortly. 15 minutes passed and no taxi showed up. Trevor called the taxi service again only to find out that the taxi had not even commenced to leave for the hotel. Trevor dashed me to Pt. Defiance to catch the taxi. I am very thankful to Trevor.

A coffee machine and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries are also offered. Very clean and well decorated. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Pool and hot tub were very clean and had a nice atmosphere. First time visiting and will for sure be back. Hotel rooms were well stocked and maintained. Beautiful shower, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds.

On the first floor, there is a nice restaurant with reasonably priced and delicious food, and the service attitude is excellent.

Staff were friendly and the area was nice for out for walk.

The units in the accommodation are equipped with a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. Off to a bad start, but the hotel’s crisis management completely swept me off my feet. As a business owner I have to say this hotel is fortunate to have such great staff. Ryan especially extended lots help. It’s a new hotel, the facilities are very nice and clean. The room is spacious, full kitchen with fridge and full set of plates and cups were very convenient. It’s got a nice gym and the hot breakfast bar is priceless. Can’t ask for a better place to stay as a family with small children. Most importantly, this location is really good. In the five days and four nights stay, we were able to visit the Diablo lake, Picture Lake, Gorge Creek Falls, Mt. Erie, Bellingham, Fairhaven, Anacortes, Orcas Island, La Connor, Snohomish, Index and Heybrook, and needless to say if there aren’t small children to carry around we would have covered even more. For sure it was a very productive and fun family vacation for us, every day we do a manageable amount of drive and we get to somewhere incredible. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would come back again soon. The friends that decided to come meet us and stayed in the same hotel gave it two thumbs up!

Great food and we had a BLAST at the Kings of Queen show, the Queen tribute band. Please bring them back we WILL come!
