The property itself is tastefully decorated and without exception, the staff are friendly and eager to please. We were received with tea as a welcome drink and refreshing towels. Lily in particular went above and beyond to assist us in planning transportation for our further travels across Vietnam. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the whole hotel was one of relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility in hectic Hanoi. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of high quality products. Rooms were cleaned immaculately. We have stayed at several hotels in Hanoi in the past, but we will definitely stay at Le Premier if we come back to Hanoi in the future.
