He also booked our ongoing trip to Sa Pa for us. The restaurant provided good food (great mango smoothie!) and the poolside was very relaxing. Lovely atmosphere at night with all the lights. You can eat outside in the garden (to avoid mosquitoes the best time is 7.30 pm omward).

I just came back from a five star hotel and resort in Nha Trang, where I paid 3 times more, and yet everything is way less appealing than Pullman Hai Phong Everything is here new and modern. The room is very spacious with the amazing city view. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and attentive ❤️❤️
