I overslept breakfast so that I couldn't appreciate it. Excellent smiling staff! Everything is great!

Good-sized room, spacious, big (and very comfy) bed. Nicely kept bathroom and the shower worked, but... see below... What made the place was the staff. Both receptionist during my time there were friendly, helpful, cheerful, hospitable, and did all they could for me. Breakfast was lovely, and the lady who served it (I've forgotten her name, sorry) was equally lovely and made me feel right at home. Nothing was too much trouble. And, nice touch, on my last night they left a free foot spa outside my door: a wooden tub filled with chopped pomelo, sea salt, herb oil, lemon and ginger... which I filled with hot water, allowed to cool, and bathed my feet in before going to sleep.

The location of the hotel was a great base to explore Saigon from. The room was exactly as described and the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. N. Duc at the concierge desk and the entire team at the hotel were exceptional.
