My stay at Aloft Al Ain was very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious and modern, and the facilities were excellent, including the gym and the rooftop pool. The staff at the reception desk were very kind and accommodating, especially Karim.

Perfect location for a stay in Al Ain.
Ask for a room away from the road as it's 4 lanes of fast moving traffic and very noisy.
At the rear though you cannot hear the road. There are nearby shops, cafes, a supermarket and a pharmacy.
The stag are really helpful.

It wasn't as busy as Dubai or Abu Dhabi, AL Ain mall was a nice mall, many brands & not very big to wall with the family around, there was a pertol station nearby & a local fried chicken restaurant called Bu Deej which was wonderful & reasonable

I was visited for attending international conference in UAE university. Al Ain is a peaceful and green city.The UAE University campus is modern and impressive. The Grand Mosque is beautiful and memorable.
I want to visit again.

One of the highlights was the dining options. Both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of choices, also for vegetarians. And fresh tomato juice - one of my favorite!
Exceptional Service
The staff were incredibly accommodating. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed.
A special shout-out to Mr. Islam, the manager of Club House and Makani Cafe. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards truly enhanced our experience.
Accommodations
The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with plenty of space for everyone to relax.
Areas for Improvement
While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the music at the pool could be more entertaining. A lively atmosphere would make the pool area even more enjoyable.

It is a beautiful place to visit at least once in your life, with beautiful gardens and extraordinary mountains, but many places are closed for renovations, which limited our visit, but we will be back!
The must-see tour is Jebel Hafeet mountain, the view is worth the effort of climbing.
