All was amazing the staffs were very polite and understanding but the manager was not nice guy at all I originally booked for 2 night because I like the staffs and the hotel I have decided to stay your more days and request the front desk gentleman called by Patrick and he said he will sort it out and there was another staff called by Elvis and he helped for my to do a late checkout, manager comes along categorically said no to my request of late checkout as my flight was at 02:10am I am still at the Airport.

Fantastic Staff throughout the Resort - very pleasant, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Qe were made feel very welcome. We enjoyed the various restaurants throughout the resort - plenty of choice to suit all tastebuds. Excellent breakfast every morning. Would highly recommend JA Resort for a very relaxing holiday. Well done to all the staff for making us feel special and always treated us with great respect.

Our family had a wonderful experience at JA Lake View Hotel in Dubai, especially thanks to F&B staff member Urmi. She was attentive and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers a large selection of breakfast options, with the Eggs Benedict being a standout. The pool view rooms are fantastic and perfect for golf enthusiasts. Highly recommend!
