Close to the airport and car rental company. Toilet was clean, the toilet paper was a 3-ply! Very warm and cozy house, although the floor can be quite cold, but doesn't matter because the toilet has heating. The only thing was the airplane noises, but that's to be expected given its proximity to the airport. The location is very easy to find, just follow the string of lights.

Quality room setting, comfortable beds and bedding, convenient location away from CBD but within short drive, excellent wifi. Good soundproof as the location is close to the airport and a main road, we were not bothered by the noise at all.
