Great location for us as it was a couple of klms from Armidale centre and close to the university. Rural setting with a gentle horse in an adjacent paddock who likes apples.

The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and there was also a washer available in the very generously sized bathroom. Comfort was ensured with reverse-cycle air conditioning and an electric blanket, handy in coping with the May chill. The host was friendly, helpful, and easily available to contact. I would definitely recommend the studio and would be more than happy to stay there again.

Just coming back to this house every night felt like home— peaceful, homey, and relaxing. Even had a kangaroo and her Joey stopped by at dinner. I wish I could stay here forever. I will definitely stay here again!

There was even a desk in the second living area for my son who is in year 12 to work on assessments in a quiet, comfortable space. Kitchen and laundry were well equipped including an outdoor drying space for washing. Good location, quiet but also next door to the best cafe in Armidale. I would definitely recommend this place to friends looking for accommodation in Armidale.

I needed to extend my stay at the last minute, the owner was very accommodating, pleasant and easy to deal with. Very large outside area for the dogs to run around.
