Everything went great! The only one big downside was the arrogant attitude and unprofessionalism by one of the reception staff (younger lady with dark curly hair). While all staff and management were amazing, this one lady was just so unpleasant to deal with about literally anything. We observed this behavior with other guests who were there at the same time too which made us really sad. As frequent travelers who deal with hospitality staff on a daily basis we really believe that anyone who doesn’t want to do this job shouldn’t do this job. Hospitality is a specific industry where if you don’t have or want to show basic manners to your guests, you’d be better off changing your job. With that said, it didn’t stop us from enjoying the kindness of all other people we met and our whole stay! Thank you all :)

The bathroom was very clean and spacious. Loved that cosy, beach style private yard right next to my bedroom.🥰 The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and food, which I found very helpful and pleasant. I had my private car space with plenty of room around the car. This guesthouse is a beautiful big house on a quiet street within a short drive to a petrol station, and all the necessary shops nearby, including an IGA supermarket. I have found the owners very friendly and helpful. Even one of their neighbour was very friendly with me and had some good conversation. It was a sad say goodbye from me, because I found Esperance very friendly in general and I wish to spend longer time there! I would like to thank my host for this amazing service and apologize for the late feedback!🙏😊

Esperance Chalet Village is a collection of rustic chalets, cabins and shacks all individually styled. The idyllic bush hideaway is located on the edge of town and offers guests free WiFi. Lovely and private, easy parking which is always a bonus when you have luggage
