We timed our visit to take in both the SteamPunk Festival on the Saturday and the Spring Gardens Festival. Both we enjoyed. Loved the historical buildings everywhere. Especially loved the Council gardens in the Memorial park.

The beautiful buildings and architecture are a lovely thing to see. The history of Goulburn and surrounds is rich and very interesting. We favoured the Goulburn Workers Club for our meals, lovely food, good variety.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Mercure Goulburn and don’t have anything negative to say about it. Would highly recommend to anyone. My wife and I enjoyed a fabulous meal at Ban Thai Goulburn where the service was friendly and promptly served, and very reasonably priced. Breakfast a Trappers across the road from Mercure Goulburn next morning was also very good.
