Michele made my son and me feel as if we were returning to our own beds. The accommodation is clean, welcoming, and private. We arrived to the delightful aroma of freshly baked bread, pumpkin soup, and an enticing display of breakfast treats. The main bedroom is large and inviting, with an extremely comfortable bed and linen. The second bedroom made my thirteen-year-old feel secure, comfortable, and at home, allowing him to fall asleep within minutes. Twelve 30 has gone above and beyond to ensure you can leave home and arrive at another location without any hassle. The location is extremely close to all landmarks, allowing you to fully embrace the Tasmanian life. We will be staying with Twenty30 with pleasure in the near future.

We even received very good directions with a video. Wallabies and other wild animals could be observed on the premises.

We like the comfy beds, the complete kitchen, the very clean bathroom, and the wallabies and echidna immediately outside. The very kind host was reachable even late at night.
