Requested an early check in and this was no issue for the hosts as both rooms were available at 10.15am. Both rooms were very clean and very large. The linin and towels were nicely laid out the tea and coffee were plentiful and to my surprise they had fresh milk. The host could not have helped us anymore.

Hamilton Lakeside Motel is located across from Lake Hamilton and a 13-minute walk from Hamilton Train Station. It offers free on-site parking and rooms with free Wi-Fi access. Brilliant email communication before and the day then great text communication confirming our later than planned arrival, really helpful with local knowledge, supermarket location and even what road not to travel on on our onward journey. Super clean, very comfortable ideal for our 1 night stay

Hamilton Lonsdale Motel offers air-conditioned accommodation with modern furnishings, free WiFi and a flat-screen cable TV. Hamilton bus and train terminal is 900 metres away. The bathroom was completely updated and they provided plates, bowls etc and flatware in case I either brought food or had take away. Location is great to explore the old part of town on foot.
