Scenery was magnificent, pool was perfect would highly recommend this hotel. Wildlife was beautiful too much to say about this beautiful stay.

To be able to stay in the midst of the forest, with the sounds from the birds and the animals, being able to sit on our private veranda under the stars at night and the amazing views during delightful breakfasts- it was everything we could dream of and made memories we will always treasure. The room was clean, cool with a good view, the location was perfect as I just complete the Thorsborne Hiking trail, the pool temp was great and a nice pool, the beer was cold at the bar\resturant, the dinner was awsome,

We stayed for a night on a trip along the Great Green Way. The Model rooms are right next to the pub and you've got access to a nice pool. It was very convenient to just walk 10m for dinner at the pub. The room is fitted was the necessary dinnerware to eat up something for breakfast for example. The beds were comfortable and the check-in was very easy at the Bottle-o next door. It was calm and quite at night.

Attached to a pub, these motel rooms are newly refurbished, tasteful and comfortable. We appreciated little touches like the USB charging ports in the sockets by the beds and the very warm welcome. The traditional Aussie pub up front was so friendly, and the bistro (grab a table overlooking the road and the sea) food was excellent - we had the Thai salad. Cardwell is a small place, but quite pleasant. I would say Nightcap at the Marine Hotel represents excellent value for money.
