Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments offer a free airport transfer from Kununurra Airport with a prior booking. We had the 3 bedroom apt. Very well appointed, everything was in good condition and even the knife was sharp! Laundry facilities are free and include detergent. The pool was really clean and non chlorine.... BBQ is always spotless.

The Kimberley Grande Resort is the premier resort destination in Kununurra, the perfect place to use as a base whilst exploring the Kimberleys ancient landscape. We had booked into another Hotel and our Director advised us to stay here as it is clean and safe. I walked in the room and was totally surprised how big, clean and well thought out and decorated it was. So neat too. I liked how we could park right outside our units, which made us feel safe as well as the friendly reminders to lock doors. and the added security of the bolts in the sliding doors.

Very close to the centre and the Coles shopping centre. There is a bar and restaurant on site with great meals and drinks, excellent for a solo traveller. I also liked that there was a secure car park as we’d hired a vehicle and it was safe at all times. The rooms are basic but for the price it was great. Exactly what I needed/wanted. The staff were amazing there, really helpful and kind.
