The staff member at reception on the day we arrived was exceptional! The lady at reception on the day we left was good. All other staff were just average.

The Ibis Styles Karratha is ideally located in the heart of the central business district, with only a short walk to banks, shopping centres and business offices. The guy at reception in karratha is legendary! I lost my engagement ring and he helped me find it by the pool. So thankful that he found it. 🙌 He was very welcoming when we first arrived and this great customer service continued. Ibis Karratha are lucky to have such an excellent staff member.
