Standpipe Golf Motor Inn offers accommodation in Port Augusta. It features free WiFi, a restaurant, outdoor pool, barbecue area and views of the golf course and gardens. There was a personalized touch as the Owner himself came to greet us. The staff is extremely friendly , helpful and cooperative. It felt like a home away from home. We were a group of ~20 people including children and 1-2 of our dinner orders were placed beyond the Restaurant closing time but the staff was very courteous and warm - they didn't complaint even once. We had the Indian food which was finger licking good! :-) The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were very neat. It was complete value for money!!

Very hard to get accomodation in Port Augusta at the time but Lisa( receptionist) the legend made room for me and my children for a week stay in such short notice. Very thankful.
