The beach is at 5min walk. Rowena (the owner) is very very nice and always available for her guests for any request. Car/scooter rental is mandatory in my opinion to explore the island, Sandy bottom cottages have good and clean cars with reasonable prices. I highly recommand this place and for sure will come back again

Picked us up from the airport und showed us arround the island, gave us a ride to a grocery shop, dropped us at the beach, helped / told us a lot about the island and what to do. Overall it was really nice staying there.

By far the best part of our almost three week trip across the Bahamas. Very welcoming and well well stocked accommodations. Steve went out of his way to ensure our stay was well organized and enjoyable. Property had all the basics to feel at home support us during the trip.

This B&B is set in the shores of the Paradise Bay Beach, 15 minutes’ drive from Exuma International Airport. Everything. Breathtaking beach and view. Charming cottage. Wonderful staff. Regina went above and beyond. Adjacent restaurant is excellent and Eva’s across the street is an experience with good food as well. The beach is quiet and there is a palapa and loungers for each cabin. This is the place to relax and chill. This is an excellently managed property. We left having made good friends.
