The location in town was excellent, within walking distance to everything including the market, the post office, the bank, and restaurants. It was refreshing to have appliances that actually worked. Hot water in the sinks, as well as the shower, was a real plus especially for washing dishes.

We were greeted by Theresa and she let us put our bags in the apartment early so that we could walk around and explore. Later we had the pleasure of meeting Sherlett, the owner. Sherlett was communicative, welcoming, and helpful. It was so nice to have a whole apartment with a kitchen, comfortable bed, air conditioning and a TV with multiple platforms - cuz we needed to Netflix and chill for a night after lots of traveling!

The property was wonderful. I booked the place last minute despite my in and out internet service. (Not to self pay for a month of international service next time you travel). Anyway, I was arriving past the checking time but Florita the host had no problem. As an aside I was planning on taking the Water Taxi to Puerto Barrios, Guatemala from there. She was kind enough to set up a taxi ride for me and even made me an early breakfast. (Ask her how to find a ripe Papaya). Punta Gorda is a small town. Fun to wander around but for me I enjoyed the sounds of nature and silence. Oh! the rooms and apartments are lovely.

We like the host(owner) she made our stay comfortable. Carlos took care of whole stay comfortably, especially food area. His service was very good. They took care of customers like their families. We saw huge group of Europe families l with kids stayed comfortably. Owner was such wet lady arranged us tour for playa Blanca. Carlos and owner lady and all the employees are very professional and treated us like family.
