Located on Vancouver’s waterfront next to the Canada Place cruise ship terminal. this luxury hotel offers a wellness spa, restaurant, and lounge located on site. Dedicated check in meant we avoided the queue at reception. Saif was great and nothing was too much trouble. View from the room was simply spectacular - possibly the best in Vancouver. Jepp in the Club Lounge was also excellent and, once again, nothing was a problem or too much trouble. Really excellent service from every one and a great experience on my last day/night before flying back to work.

Vancouver's waterfront is just 300 m from this city centre hotel. It features an on-site restaurant and pub, a business centre, and warm-coloured guest rooms with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. It is second time to stay here after a few days. I requested to left my luggages at the hotel before leaving a few days out side Vancouver, and the front staff helped us to keep them at the hotel until I back. This time I stay in another room that has bigger washroom than previous stay. Everything is good as same as I reviewed before such as best location, close to public transport, free breakfast (do not expect much because of no meat, only boiled eggs).

Lonsdale Quay and The Shipyards have lovely cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops, and further down, the craft brewery area is fun too. Lynn Canyon Park has lots of lovely walks, and the trip up Grouse Mountain has lots to offer everyone. Easy access to Downtown Vancouver using the Seabus.
Vancouver is beautiful and has a lot to experience and you need a full week to enjoy it. People have been really friendly and helpful. It is important being mobile and have a car so you can visit most of the places as everything requires at least 30 minutes to an hour of travel and transport is expensive and difficult to navigate. Be prepared with a good budget as everything is quite expensive and the cost gets worse if you have a unfavorable exchange rate.
North Vancouver is a wonderful place to wander around or go by bike. There are lots of walking trails through the woods between houses. You can go between city and wilderness as you wish. The Seabus allows you to zip over to Vancouver without having to set foot in a car or find parking.
This is officially my favorite city in Canada. I loved it so much, I am thinking of moving there after this visit. The weather, the scenery, the people, the amount of things to do (I could go on...) were all fantastic. Indeed, it is expensive, but well worth it!
North Van was better than downtown in our opinion. Lots of bars, restaurants and retail. Harbourside was lovely and wherever you were around Lonsdale Avenue there seemed to be great transport links. Definitely recommend a trip to walk round Stanley Park!
Vancouver is always a great place . You can walk anywhere ; huge giant mall at the pacific center if you want a mall ! Lots of shops and places to eat . Wine can only be purchased at liquor shops . There is so much to see ; most people are very friendly !
