Views of the bay were amazing and suite layout were outstanding, amenities were exceptional , rooms and beds, including linens, were extremely comfortable and were a perfect home away from home. Remote screens for windows, fans, fireplaces were easy to operate and convenient. Secured parking behind a remote wrought iron designed gate added an extra layer of security. A beautiful escape and an opportunity to unwind, relax and connect with nature.

The house was nice, at the top of a hill with views all around of the neighborhood and the hills surrounding the house. My room was quite spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view out the front of the house to a nearby mountain, a fireplace and a spacious bathroom. The host, David, was friendly and accommodating. In the morning, there was plenty of coffee and some light breakfast options (yogurt, toast, granola, fresh fruit, etc). The house has a long, narrow, sloped driveway and you can either park on the street or behind the house, but the latter requires some tricky 3-point (or more!) turns when you leave. If there were more guests, I would definitely have parked on the street. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely try to stay here again - and I wish I had been able to stay longer this time to fully enjoy everything on offer!

This all-suite hotel overlooks Cowichan Bay and suites with a kitchenette. It is 13 km from the British Columbia Forest Discovery Center. Very comfortable spacious room with a fabulous view of the bay. Loved seeing and hearing the Sea Lions.

The Cube is a stylish and comfortable studio apartment which made my stay in Cowichan Bay enjoyable and memorable. Check-in was very easy and as my arrival time shifted back, the owners were very flexible and friendly about being there when I arrived in the early evening. There are numerous nice design touches in the space, high ceilings, a stylish kitchen, and a comfortable bed. My relatives who I was in Cowichan to see did not see as much of me in the mornings as they expected since I was reluctant to leave.

An on-site restaurant is featured at this centrally located Duncan motel. A microwave and fridge are offered in each room. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Victoria city centre is 50 minutes’ drive away. The service was exceptional! We had a problem getting there on time. As a result we needed to call for someone to come check us in. It was 2 o'clock in the morning. The night watchman was kind enough to allow my husband and I to come in and wait in the lobby as it was cold and snowing outside. Due to the late hour I had woken the lady that came to our rescue. She was absolutely great! Checked us in, and was training the night watchman for future services at the same time. We came over for a celebration of life the following day and this lady took her time offering her condolences etc. And again in the morning when we had to check out. I'm sure we'll be staying here every time we travel to the Duncan area, as we already have a few times in the past. But this particular management...she knows how to treat people and gave us every courtesy considering I got her out of bed to come over in the middle of the night. The overall cleanliness of the room was also exceptional. Some places we've stayed have been... a bit scary to say the least.

It was a nice stay for what it was. The staff were great,and the room was clean. The building itself is a little older and run down, but it was clean and had everything we needed.
