In the morning we required help with the wifi and the manager came to the room to reboot it. His help was greatly appreciated.

But the most important thing about this hotel is Gianluca! He is the soul of the hotel! When we came to this hotel we had the feeling that we are at home! This is all thanks to Gianluca. I recommend everyone to spend at least a couple of nights in this wonderful hotel!
