Staff was absolutely exceptional. The person who did my check-in at around 1am in the morning, after a really bad day of cancelled flights, was just so friendly and kind and just made me glad to be back in Alberta.

Hotel 11 by Sonesta offers views of the Rocky Mountains, swimming pool, fitness centre, and hot tub. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Calgary International Airport is 2 km away. Comfortable bed and large room. Used the pool and hot tub at 5:00 am. Very nice having it open all hours. The ice and water machine on our floor was also a nice touch. The shuttle was quick to pick us up at the airport. The restaurant was also good for an airport hotel. The Nespresso coffee maker was a nice touch but could use a couple more pods.I’m sure we could have gotten more if we asked and the staff were all friendly.

It has a free shuttle service back and forth the airport. They gave us a room with a nice view. The pantry is open where you can get coffee and cookies after breakfast. There is also water where you can refill.
