Offering a fitness centre, Ramada Nanaimo is located only 6 minutes’ walk from Nanaimo’s Harbourfront walkway. A complimentary breakfast is included each morning. Free WiFi access is available. The service by all the staff members were really great. Specially the ladies who were managing the Breakfast room on Sunday and Monday did an amazing job. Loved the cheese omelette and the sausage patty. I managed to use the Gym as well. There's ample parking so there was no problem finding parking. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and the kids loved the tv channel options provided.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and accommodating. The grounds were well maintained. The rooms were clean and tidy, even the floors were mopped. There were wonderful amenities that were all working well. It was in a great location and easy to access all the important areas.
