Beautiful hotel, facilities and location. You can see the hotel sign when you walk out of departures so there is no chance you will not find it immediately. There is a heated Swimming pool and you can sit outside on pool loungers. The rooms were very big with floor to ceiling one way windows. I loved it.
I had problems with my booking with Booking.com on arrival but Rodrigo, the Hotel Manager, was very kind and apologetic. It was sorted out.
Very clean.

Perfect spot for a stopover nearby Santiago Airport. The owner was very friendly, helpful providing everything we needed. Shuttle service available for a reasonable price. Not much around, but food delivery services available.

Definitely! Santiago is a wonderful city with good transportation - if you speak Spanish getvthe BIP travel card and move seamlessly between metro underground busses and explore the city.
Friendly people and a nice mix between historical commercial both old and modern malls
Swill be back again - wonderful people wonderful wines and fabulous scenery snow capped mountains even in summer !

Santiago is a great city! Clean, safe and modern.
Santiago is a great city! Clean, safe and modern. The architecture is nothing special. But the people seem so happy! So many couples holding hands as they walk down the street. On Sundays many streets closed for cars so bikes can ride. The snowcapped Andes are an amazing backdrop. Very nice happy city!
