Then the outing on their vessel to go whale watching, almost touch a glacier, followed by a genuine BBQ at an estancia by the water’s edge. We walked a beach almost untouched by plastic pollution and we all found ourselves marvelling at how privileged we were to be sharing Jorg and Constanza’s dream of a holiday so close to nature and yet so very comfortable
