There were a lot of people trying to check in and out during the time when i arrived at the hotel but the staffs are very professional and attentive, getting things done and supporting each other with great team work and cleared all the guests' needs fast. It was quite cold in the winter time with no centralized heater but the hotel provides individual heater in the room which you can adjust to your need, that is brilliant.
