Thanks for the information below from customer Andre, I knew this place was a walking distance from Metro line 12, Fuwei station. I don't understand the low score given to this hotel. You get what you pay: it's not cheap, but the beds are extremely comfortable, have a nice shower, a big room, a Chinese style breakfast included and they have transfer from/to airport. Unfortunately, I couldn't use transfer from airport to hotel because they didn't see my message from Booking, and as everyone says, it's hard to communicate since they can't speak English. I had a 16-hour flight waiting in Sehnzhen and I couldn't be more relaxed in other place.

Located on the west side of Shenzhen Bao 'an International Airport, Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport is seamlessly connected to Gates 16 /18 of Shenzhen International Airport, just a 5-minute walk to... Once through, go to Gate 16. You can take the luggage trolley all the way to your room but there is a slight slope as you leave baggage carousels (and another when you go back to the airport). At Gate 16 you take a lift to 3rd Floor. Reception to check in is on floor L (0). Restaurant for breakfast, swimming pool and exit to airport is Floor 3. Not all lifts go to all rooms. Airport exit is called “GTC Connection Bridge”. They take a deposit. Hopefully we get this back ok! Room was perfect, once we’d changed rooms due to a broken bathroom. You have great views of planes taking off and landing. My daughter was delighted to get a special children’s toothbrush and child sized slippers! We went to the pool which was fab and open 10am-10pm. You need a swimming hat - I didn’t have one but the lifeguard gave me one. There’s also a hot bubble pool with massage jets etc and a steam room you can use (spa too but prices are astronomical). Breakfast wasn’t included in our room rate but was 108 RMB for adults and 54 RMB for kids. It was brilliant - huge amount of choice and a big-ish kids play area complete with a ball pit. We also went onto the 5th floor which has an outside manicured garden with a swing. It would be a nice place to sit out for a while and spot planes. We were too tired, but you’re so close to the airport that if you wanted it would be easy to drop bags / check in and go back for dinner.
