Everything. Sabrina and Edu are exceptional and kind hosts. We felt we were welcomed into their little slice of paradise. Location: Perfect for those who want to slow-down and reconnect with nature Service and Activities: Thanks for arranging tours and excursions as well as shuttling us around for a smooth and stress-free trip. The property itself has so much to explore and do from paddling to wildlife watching, to hiking, to exploring the local surroundings. Fantastic Food: Every meal was home-made with items from scratch some of which with ingredients directly grown and sourced from the property! Ambiance: Waking up every morning to the sounds of a living breathing wildlife sanctuary... what more can I say?

First of all the location of this Place is what makes it stand out, its elevated over looking Bahi Drake and the sunset views in the evening are breathtaking. Everything about the hotel is fantastic, Victor was the main man for all things during our stay, from checking us in to making oustanding cocktails by the pool. Our room was named Trogon and overlooked the bay, the suspended wooden cabin has all you need and situated on the balcony a hammock perfect for relaxing in. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, fine dining for dinner and the breakfast overlooking the bay, exceptional to see first thing in the morning also the coffee is made right in front of you as you look out over the ocean! The pool Area is fanstatic and you can look out over the ocean as you are in the pool, you can also access the beach from tha private entrance just a short walk down and over a hanging bridge. (you can see this from the pool) there is also a tower onsite you can get to which gives an amazing view from upon high (as long as heights dont bother you) Theres also plenty of wildlife around if you like that sort of thing, ( iguanas by the pool, even some Coattis roaming around ) every evening there were Macaws and Green parrots passing over and even some Toucans in the trees right next to our room! All in all an exceptional place to stay in the Drake area.

The family that owns the Villa are very friendly. The view is amazing!. Lots of bird watching! Room with view is a must. Will certainly come back here if we travel to Drake Bay again

Great place to stay - easily accessible by car. Very clean, hospitable, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and made early on request to ensure you have enough time to embark on any tours.

This place is absolutely amazing. They offer a lot of different tours. The location is great, the food is amazing. Edith and her family are absolutely wonderful. We really loved our stay here. The room was very spacious and got cleaned every single day. The private beach at walking distance is just magical. All the birds flying over, magical. Would definitely recommend to stay at Gitana.

the property is beautiful with so many green zones and the view is spectacular and breath taken. with just a couple minutes to the beach and between from Drake bay and the airport with also great hosting , we’re just wish to stay a bit more longer, we’re love it very much .

Great spot, right at the beach. You can hear the waves at night. Ana and Gio are great hosts. They gave us nice advice about things to do. The co-living in the house went very smooth. The bed was very big and comfortabel. We slept downstairs. Ana was so kind to bring some forgotten clothes all the way to San Isidro. Thank you both so much :).
