It's amazing apartment and you have a super nice view. Penthouse feeling. The owner was also very friendly. Everything you need really even kitchen-ware wise. Its basically in the middle of nothing and everything. Halfway to the city centre (1-3 km) and the airport, also the port.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay in Cape Verde. The host was incredibly helpful, attentive, and highly professional, making me feel welcome from the very first moment. The apart-hotel was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights was their convenient car rental service, which made exploring Santiago Island so much easier and more enjoyable. From the beautiful landscapes to the vibrant local culture, everything was within reach. I also recommend this place to other visitors, especially as it’s located very close to Praia Airport — making arrivals and departures quick and stress-free. I truly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cape Verde — it’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality.

Just communication was a bit ash but it could be my self as I have mental health,so I'm a real sensitive person so communication is one of the things if I am not well understood I can become frustrated easily . There was a self check in, nice room, clean bathroom, terrace and small kitchen. Close to old centre and Sucupira market.
