(immigration, tax office, municipality, chamber of commerce for opening company, tribunal, lawyers, bank). For good breakfast, there is opposite hotel a Panideira bread shop place, very well priced too. A supermarket is opposite the Panideira. If they add just 1 water kettle (for cooking water) in the big lobby (after when the bar is closed) and just 1 hairdryer also in lobby, the stay would be even better - but it was not promised, so this is just my suggestion ;) - , and this extra, would be without costing the hotel anything :) :)

It was very clean as well perfectly prepared and equipped. The apartment has the perfect size for two people and the location is great for arriving/leaving port and airport and also to go around Espargos and the whole island. Sandro is a very nice and helpful person, he even picked us at night at the port. His wife made the apartment so comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.
