We loved being able to stroll down to the vibrant Finikoudes Promenade, soak in the tranquility of the Larnaca Salt Lake, and explore the historic Saint Lazarus Church. This apartment truly felt like the perfect home base for both relaxation and adventure. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The floor and the surfaces were clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. We asked for more glasses and the host brought some the next day. We had a private parking space (you will see details in the arrival instructions) even though when we asked on booking the response was that we should park across the street.

Reading the reviews we had had some worries however the place DOES look like the pictures. It has plenty of space, a great kitchen with ustensils and the view is just amazing. Also, you just cross the street to reach the beach. We found the bathroom and place clean and no traces of mold as per previous comments. I can only assume it is an apartment that left unhabited for a couple of weeks with no air circulation might have a mold problem. However as there were guest before our stay the cleaning was done just before our arrival and we had no issues during our 7 day stay. Regarding the cleaning, everything is white so yes, you can see traces of wear but I consider them normal.

What a gem of a place! I regret just having it for one night, as I was flying out of Larnaca in the morning. This property was wonderful and I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. The room was immaculate and comfortable, the amenities were beyond my expectations too. It was quiet, and I had a great sleep. The staff were super friendly and relaxed and the food was great too. No complaints and definitely recommend.
