The location is great, the apartment is new, modern, very clean, has all the facilities you might need, lots of different kitchenware, very big terrace, 5-7 minutes of walk to the McKenzie beach and promenade. Free parking was always available near the house. Special thanks to the host for the snacks and all kinds of foods, like: milk in the fridge, bread, butter, cheese, ham, different coffee capsules, teas... and even a snack and a toy for our pet!

Reading the reviews we had had some worries however the place DOES look like the pictures. It has plenty of space, a great kitchen with ustensils and the view is just amazing. Also, you just cross the street to reach the beach. We found the bathroom and place clean and no traces of mold as per previous comments. I can only assume it is an apartment that left unhabited for a couple of weeks with no air circulation might have a mold problem. However as there were guest before our stay the cleaning was done just before our arrival and we had no issues during our 7 day stay. Regarding the cleaning, everything is white so yes, you can see traces of wear but I consider them normal.

The location is perfect We have everything near Super markets Restaurants etc And just 5m walking we have 2 beach The transportation bus 425 is 3 minutes walking and will conect with all city-airport etc In the night is very quiet The check in and check out is really easy The owner is really friendly and if you need anything he will help you quick fast And the more important I feel safe I feel in my home I recommend it 1000% The best experience I will come back. And also people in cyprus Are amazing All speak English And they are really nice and respectful

This family-run hotel is situated in Larnaca, less than 500 metres from the beach. It has a large outdoor pool with sun-lounger terrace, and offers guestrooms with balconies. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room is clean and include all facility you need in the apartment and swimming pool is great it work all the day and clean, the hotel location is great 5 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes by walk from the beach and supermarket and one minute from the 425 bus stop station called (flipopappou) You can reserve many trip from larnaca by the hotel
