We stayed in a magnificent house with a self contained truly enormous loft flat at "Vis a Vis house." The accommodation is truly awesome, decorated beautifully with just the right amount of quirkiness, well it is at least 200 years old, with a delightful garden, and litteral opposite Sigmund Freud's birth home and Musium, and a 2 Minuit walk to The Jane McAdam Freud Musium and Art Gallery, close to numerous places to eat. My wife and I adored the accomodation, and will not hesitate to stay here again. We loved it. The owner is Elegance personified (and Single and very good looking with charming manners and a smile to melt anyone) and an amazing pianist and composer of the highest level, yet did not hesitate when my beloved asked to play on his grand piano.

Smal village, with not much to do, unless you have a horse there. One pub closed. Other one only for Radegast bier. Third one 7:30 pm already without cook, so you can go only to McDonald by the freeway, not far though....Yap, there is a swingerclub marked on google map, so there is something to do:)

Nice and charming place... perfect for relaxation. Picturesque view, close to the nature, calming environment... everything you need for relaxation away from the busy city - suddenly it seems like the time stops. Still, there is plenty to do - walking around, sightseeing, or just walking around the the main square or getting lost in the tiny streets of the village.

It was one overnight stay, so i just walked around with the dog and found a nice "casle" with interesting jard with very interesting big tree in middle. the place was nice, but can't tell more becasue of the short stay.

Stramberk is a lovely place to stay with a very pleasant surrounding area too. There is often activity going on in the square and the local pivovar is a good visit for traditional Czech food and drink. Beware of typical Czech drivers though, who tend to largely ignore the village road signs and speed limits!

Historical little town with friendly people, lovely streets and old houses, very safe, nice for evening walks, Stramberska Truba / tower is beautiful from all view angles and cheat entrance fee. Traditional food and restaurants all cheap and very tasty.
